Project Management

As the key liaison, Project Managers are intimately involved in the conduct of their client's studies at all levels from scheduling sample analysis to preparation of the final report. Project Managers reconcile sample inventories, perform data review, prepare status reports and answer all quality assurance (QAU) inspection reports. In addition, they routinely provide clients with forecasts showing projected dates for sample collection, sample receipt, analysis and report completion dates. Due to the dynamic nature of many studies, status reports are updated regularly as the study progresses.

It is the principal objective of our Project managers to be proactive; they help identify or clarify potential issues before they become problems that could cause lengthy delays. Project Managers actively communicate through sponsor preferred channels of communication whether it be e-mail, telephone or fax. The frequency of contact is on an “as-needed” basis and can be up to several times a day if necessary. Sponsor requests are generally handled within 24 hours following notification.
