ALTA utilizes a completely automated laboratory
information system (ALIS -98™) a MS-Windows-95/98/2000 based
database management and report writer system developed in cooperation with Innovative
Automation that uses state-of-the-art software tools. (ALIS-98™)
provides automated
instrument data acquisition, data processing and reporting based on protocol objectives.
All data is input once. The net result is a streamlined data reporting system that can
efficiently handle large scale studies. Custom study reports are available in a variety of
formats using MS-Access®, MS-Excel® and MS-Word®.
